With these skills Christoph Plähn helps his clients with all matters regarding insolvency and reorganisation mainly filing for insolvency, organising special procedures like Insolvenzplanverfahren (controlled insolvency proceedings), challenging liability claims or defending clients against objection actions of insolvency receivers.
