Luitgard Behle-Held studied law with supplementary training in business management at the University of Bayreuth. From 1987 to 1998, she worked for the law firm Dr. F.-W. Heller und Kollegen in Bamberg where she set up a section for private building and architect law.
In 1999, she joined the law firm in Berlin. She obtained the licence to practise as a lawyer specialized in building an architect law and is a member of the Working Group for Building and Real-Property Law (ARGE für Bau- und Immobilienrecht) at the German Bar Association (DAV). She has been a partner since 2007.
Luitgard Behle-Held is engaged in the fields of private building law, law relating to the construction of plants, law relating to developers, architects and engineers as well as insurance law. She disposes of many years of experience in the preparation of contracts, in project-related counselling and in court proceedings. Luitgard Behle-Held mainly represents medium-sized enterprises and private persons in all building-law matters concerning real property as well as insurance companies in matter under building law and law relating to professional liability.
